Lohia Jain Group expanded its residential portfolio with notable projects such as Megh Malhar Raga, Riddhi Siddhi, Laxmi Datta, and Vallonia, reinforcing its presence in Pune’s evolving housing landscape.

Lohia Jain Group introduced a series of premium projects, including ODELA, Lohia Jain Square, Lohia Jain Avenue, Lohia Jain Business Hub, and Oro Vista—further elevating its portfolio across residential and commercial segments.
